I called this one "Breaking Through" because when I seen the stock, I pictured him ripping a hole in space in his B&W world, and "Breaking Through" to a world of color. I like the outcome.
Made using GIMP 2.4.5
EDIT: I've had quite a few people freaking out over the fact this was done in GIMP. When I mean done in GIMP, it was a stock that was used, I didn't draw it myself. Hopefully you all know this. I can't draw to save my life. *nervous chuckle*
It's absolutely beautifully done. I like the way the color is sort of fracturing outwards from where his fingers were.

The way I see it, you have three choices. You can sink, you can swim, or you can develop a set of gills. Personally, I'd be most impressed by that last one.
I'm going to kill you so hard you will die to death.
Already told you my feelings on MSN about it, but I like how it's well-executed for a concept. To me, it's a colourful illusion - like there's more to the man but there really isn't.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Cutting Edge is a weekly article that features brand new selected high quality art products that caught our eyes. Check out the cutting edge prints some of your fellow artists have submitted in the past week!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
